RUMOURS: Chelsea plot Diego Costa-Jackson Martinez swap with Atletico Madrid
Both strikers have struggled for goals this season with the Blues ready to send the Spain international back to his former side

Chelsea could be ready to cut their losses on Diego Costa by sending him back to Atletico Madrid in return for Jackson Martinez, according to Fichajes.
Costa has looked a shadow of his former self this season, with the Spain international only netting three goals in 14 games as the Blues lie a lowly 15th in the Premier League.
Off the pitch, the 27-year-old endured a bust-up with ex-manager Jose Mourinho, and Chelsea are prepared to offload him back to Atletico just months after he fired them to the title.
Los Rojiblancos are believed to be interested in precisely that, with Diego Simeone likely to offer Jackson Martinez for his former striker.
The Colombian arrived at Vicente Calderon to much fanfare in the summer but has only managed a paltry two goals in 11 La Liga appearances, with an injury in November compounding the club's frustrations about the €35 million buy from Porto.
Simeone remains very much a fan of Costa after remaining unconvinced with his replacements since Chelsea signed him in 2014, and is looking to make him a regular starter in attack alongside Antoine Griezmann.
